The Challenge
The practice offers a specialized technique, Advanced BioStructural Correction, in its market. A specialty is a strong differentiator, but only if the people searching for it can find the practice.
The practice's website recorded 452 sessions in July 2026 and 478 in August. Search visibility for its own specialty was the clearest opportunity, because searches that name the technique are the ones most likely to come from patients looking for exactly this care.
The Approach
Build around the specialty. We tracked the searches patients use for the technique and for the care that surrounds it, and made sure the website gave Google and patients a clear answer for each one.
Monthly local rank tracking. Each month we checked the practice's positions in Google's organic results and the Google Maps pack from the practice area, so changes could be tied back to the work that caused them.
A new, faster website. On October 28, 2026 the practice moved from its older website to a rebuilt one. The new site is a fast, static build served from a global network. We kept the old page addresses working by redirecting them to their new equivalents, so existing links and search listings were not lost. Contact and booking forms, tracking and the new patient paperwork were all tested on the new site before and after the switch. Speed is treated as part of the visibility strategy in our local search approach.

Traffic growth was steady rather than dramatic, about 4 percent from August to September, and Organic Search was the largest source with 284 of September's 499 sessions. The ranking and speed results are the larger story. The practice now holds the top map position for its specialty, and it now runs on a website that scores perfectly on Google's own speed and quality test.
We are not publishing patient counts or income for this practice. The new website was switched on very recently, so its effect on traffic and bookings will show up in the coming months, and we will not claim it before it is measured.
What Made It Work
The practice's specialty did most of the differentiating, and our job was to make it easy to find. We tracked the searches that name it, checked positions every month, and moved the practice to a faster website without losing the visibility the old addresses had already built.
Results are specific to this practice, market and time period. Rankings change daily and individual results vary. This case study does not promise any outcome for other practices.
